VNIIS signed several key agreements with the following international quality control organizations: QSA, Italy; TŰV Rheinland, Germany; Trust Control International S.A., Argentina.

Because of these agreements, companies, willing to export to Russia can obtain several important documents required by the Russian Federation in their countries of origin (or in the countries of the above mentioned agencies). These documents (and services) include:

• GOST R Certificates;
• Letters informing the prospective exporters about the mandatory certification of their products;
• Consultations about Russian standards and certificates (Russian regulations and possible schemes of certification);
• Help in obtaining other permissive documents required for legal exports to the Russian Federation.
